ok so i downloaded the new OS and its great i really like it and its a lot better than what i expected. BUT... i did not however expect it to delete my BBM or the contacts... i just wanted to kno did anyone else have this problem and if so... tell me how u handled it
Yeah when I downloaded the beta 5.0 OS it deleted mine because it didn't run 5.0 bbm yet. I had to downgrade to 4.7 I lost everything....and was pissed! If you did a bbm in your back up or restore file you should be able to pull them back in though if I'm not mistake. Unfortunately I had never run bbm 4.7 before so I didn't have a backup file for it to use. Its kinda a different story but same premise
