Interesting problem/quick I'm noticing.

My new message indicator (little red thing that appears) doesn't always show. It does show when I bring up all my applications, but on my home screen...no go. Anyone else having this issue? It comes up on up top, but the little red star isn't showing in my messenger or my messages?

And yes....it is turned on.

It usually takes a minute well not a minute per say but you know what I mean.......I usually am on the message before mine shows....
