Looks like the icon for berryweather advisories. Just means there is a storm alert in your area.

I have that on my phone too. At the top, is still says I am with T-Mobile. I shut my network off for fear I was roaming and didn't want to get stuck with roaming charges. I know they do have a blizzard watch for just west of where I am, so that warning icon could make sense.

It is indeed the weather advisory indicator for BerryWeather 2. To clear it, open BerryWeather 2 and then press menu and then view active advisories. The icon will then disappear.
