New contact numbers always set to "Work"

I am curious to know if there is a way to change the default location a Storm places a number when you add it to contacts from your call log. My brothers Storm always places the new number in the work category when doing this. I know you can edit them after you add them and all that but is there a way to have it place the number in say the Mobile category instead?

that is the way it is, just copy and past it to where you want it.

Thank you for the replies. I figured that was the way it was when I couldn't locate any option to change it but I don't have much experience with a Storm so I wasn't sure. It's easy enough to edit them so I will just do that.

There's an app for that. It is called "Add Number As" and I really love it. I got it bundled with "Add to Contact" for $5 at the CB App Store.
