Ok, so I want to do some "spring cleaning" on my Storm. I plugged in the USB and loaded the media manager and saw that there were all my downloaded files from app world (everything I have ever downloaded from them). Is it ok to delete all of those?
From start to finish, what would be the "by the numbers" steps for cleaning anything unwanted or built up files?

If you don't want it, delete it...I would also recommend following this link to help clean out a lot of the "ghost" memory.
I went from booting up from about 20 MB, after doing the cleaning I boot up around 32 MB...
