Hi everyone, I just unlocked my phone to t-mobile flex pay, everything seemed to be working well except for the edge/EDGE issue so I watched this vid (link removed) and downgraded my os through the bb DESKTOP manager MAC 0S, suddenly my phone crashes, doesn't connect to my mac anymore and all that is left is a white screen.
Anything I co do without having to send the phone in? Please help. Thanks!
UPDATE: PHONE WILL CONNECT TO DESKTOP MANAGER AT TIMES TO TRY TO UPDATE OS BUT MY PHONE KEEPS GETTING DISCONNECTED.
