Im on a blackberry storm 9530 and i need the os downloaded on my computer. But heres the thing, im not with verizon, im on t-mobile so i cannot get it from their website. Help any ideas, i need the os to help fix my nuked berry. My storm is double (red) flashing and wont turn on, and the apploader wont work with USB:UNKNOWN or USB:my pin.
Ill have USB:my pin and click next and as soon as i do it will go away and the next screen will say "The Blackberry Desktop software does not have blackberry device software for the device you have connected to the computer. Contact your wireless provider or system admin."
HELP ME, ive followed all the 101 lessons and everything with no avail. Thanks

I have the same problem But Im with pcs metro and says I need to have the data plan any way around this please help 9530 bb storm first one 4.7.148 want to get the 5.00 328 or 419 any help will be appreciate greatly
I TRIED IT FROM THE LOADER BUT IT DIDNT SHOW TO UPDATE IT
