I can't seem to get my sound files to show again on my BlackBerry. I used to have a LG env 2 and when I got my BlackBerry I was told that I just need to copy and paste the files into the proper file folders on the new SD card it came with. I did that and they were on here, now as of today there not. So I went to Verizon and the tech said that he fixed it but its not there. When I take out the card and view the files they are there. The tech said he took out the files and put them back in and they are there on my BB. Any suggestions how to fix this? Other than that I love my storm as being my first BlackBerry

This has been discussed numerous times. It has to do with corrupt index files. Search the removable drive (memory card) for files called BBThumbs.dat. You will find one in each directory on the card. Delete them all and let the Storm reindex/scan the card entirely WITHOUT GOING INTO MEDIA PLAYER right after you unplug it from your computer.
