please look in the telus section, i'm not allowed to post links for now

i just started a thread today in the telus section, but not a lot of traffic there right now and i'm having problems installing the OS. I just did a battery pull, as the apploader.exe was not responding, i had to ctrl alt dlt it, and end program, my phone screen said app error 200, so now doing a batt pull.

Please someone help me out.

my phones wiped, now i have the back up, why is it so hard to just put a new OS on?

Use the search function here and look for how to fix a bricked blackberry and that should lead you in the right direction.
