My 9530 wont turn on and im getting red led indicator lights flashing on top. Ive tried using application loader wizard to restore it but im getting an error message saying: The application "Browser" cannot be loaded, because it requires the following applications the are not available: Net.rim.blackberry.xml What those that mean and how can i get a hold of that file?
