I searched on the forums (perhaps not deep enough) but I know there is a way to manually program my replacement Storm. When I dial *228 I get "All circuits are busy" recording.

I remember something about a #,# random numbers to get into the sub-programming menu.

Now I am at home and do not have access to a phone (no phone line to call CS with).

Any and all help is/would be appreciated.
