Question for yah , when i receive an email it wont show up in my email folder , it only shows up in my message folder... how do i change this ? Thanks in advance - sooks

Don, of course lol, im getting my sms separate but when i get a email it dosent show up in my email folder it ONLY shows up in messages .. i dont get it ... ugh .

It's not a BES email is it?

Remove the account and re-add it via the web. You can also try resending the service books via the web but I've always just re-added the account.

just got an email and it went to both.
