    Like i just used JL_Cmder to wipe my handheld. How in the crap am i supposed to load the OS back on it. ive attached a pic.

    Make sure the OS you want to install to the device is installed to your computer. Then plug in the device>open DM>Apploader>add/remove> and install the OS. After that restore from a previous backup.
