Yesterday my phone showed a white screen and wouldnt do anything. I tried to sync it to my comp but wouldn't.I went to Verizon and they swapped my phone out .I came home to put my backup on it and when I plug it up a white screen flashes and it tries to reboot.It never completly reboots it just goes in a cycle of trying.I have tried it on 2 diffrent comp one wit Windows 7 and one on XP same results.I took it back to the store and they tried it with a new cord and it worked so they gave me a new cord.Came home same issue!!!! I have searched and have not found anything to help me.The phone works fine I just want to be able to sync it . Thanks!!!!!
