    Please help and let me know if this is common I just bought the Storm on Wednesday and I love it but it freezes and I have to take out the battery and sometimes when I do the camera I get a screen with all different colors. Should I take it back to Verizon and have them replace. I have OS 4.7.075 I believe

    The battery pull when the device freezes is common. Once frozen, there is really no other way to get the device to reboot.

    Can you give more details on the camera problem. Not quite sure I understand what is happening.

    Well I push the button for the camera i get like blank screen with different colors. I think I just got a bad one and I will take it back it keeps freezing on me
