Its when your available internal memory is less than your using up. you need to free it. Other than that, do a battery pull or downgrade your OS (operating system).
Depends what OS you have, there are a list of OS problems but depends on what version beta or not, some users have had problems and some have not...... Right now there is no happy medium....
What version do you have?
I wouldn't say it's rebooting because of internal memory low, I would point it at the whole OS or a 3rd party app causing the problem....
Until there is a newer Official OS out which will fix allot of problems. you really can't point it at anything.....
