my storm keypad, the hangup key (red colored) is not very responding. I need to press a bit hard for it to work.

what shall i do ? should i open the case and see what is the prob ? any one have this problem ?

Take it back and get a new one. Like I always say, not worth paying $200 for a broken phone. You shouldn't have to fix something that is basically brand new.

From a store on eBay or an actual person? Check and see if they had a warranty.

you're also in the storm forum, but your profile says you have a bold 9000...go to the bold forum and you're likely to find more help there...perhaps people with the same problem and a quick fix if you're lucky.
