I got to the store at 8:30am and there was already a line about 50 deep on their TV screen. A manager also had the list on his clipboard. They told everyone that there are only 40 in the store and 30 more coming some time during the day. Each transaction was taking forever to complete and around 10:30am-11:00am they told us that the Verizon computer system throughout New England had crashed. People were given paper account sign-up sheets to continue the process. I honestly didn't think I was getting one today because the guy with the clipboard said it's definitely first come, first serve. Then I was able to pull aside the rep that I spoke to 2 days earlier to get on a list. Luckily she said, "Oh you're all set, I have yours in the back". Made away with 3 Storms but they're not activated yet because their system is still down.
