Hello!! I bought my new Blackberry Storm 9500 and i am trying to convert videos. I tried to convert a video from youtube using the instruction posted in your thread and when i try to drag it into my microSD card i receive the following message:"the video file type is not supported. If it is a media file, you may be able to use windows media player to convert the file to a playable type prior to transfer". Any ideas?When i connect my BB with my PC, there are two audio devices:an MTP device-device memory and an MTP device-media card. My PC cannot recognize my BB as a usb mass strogare device. Any ideas?Any help would be much appreciated!
You have to use desktop manager to convert and add the video so your blackberry can play it. (When you download desktop manager it will install usb drivers so that your computer will recognize your blackberry)
