Personally, the OP's issue was probably resolved with the suggestion for a DM load. After that, it is all fair game in Storm humor.

Sorry I was using "Storm Sucks" as a general statement or post type. I guess at this point lets all just hope that the Tour lives up to its hype and does well.

The tour runs 4.7. At least the per production one I played with today did.

Back on topic, I updated 6 storms via ota and all 6 performed flawlessly.

I haven't heard any issues with the ota process unless the user had a leaked os on the device...
