I sometimes have the muffled sound issue as talked about slot on here. It seems to be kinda a random problem. Muffled sometimes. Sometimes fine. I was just wondering if radio or cx or anyone else knows for sure'is this a hardware problem with the microphone itself or is it a software issue that could be fixed with some tweaks to the Os. Any thoughts?

I discovered if I don't hold the Storm flat against my face when talking it will sound muffled. I believe it has to do with the background noise filter.
