What format, which I guess means "what file extension" plays on the storm??

3gp, mp4, avi, wmv, and a few others. But you do realize that these are just video "containers" right?

Video format support: MPEG4 H.263, MPEG4 Part 2 Simple Profile, H.264, WMV
Audio format support: MP3, AAC, AAC+, eAAC+, WMA, WMA ProPlus

I convert my movies to .3gp format.
Here's one you can download for free. We also convert to Mpeg4.
