Mobile Network stuck on radio off !

I need help my mobile Network been stuck on off ive been trying to turn it on all day n it just wont turn on but meanwhile my bluetooth n everything is fine ..i dont know wat else to do i did a soft n hard reset

I had this happen in the past with several different OS. A battery pull always corrected it for me.

Maybe try loading a different Os and see if that makes a difference.
