I have searched and tried suggestions I could find. Can anyone help me.
My MMS have stopped working. I cannot send or receive.
I get a red X when I send and I tried to retrieve one and it keeps giving me the message :could not retrieve message content. try again later.
I have been trying for two days.

I have pulled battery. I have re-registered. I have resent service books.
Any other suggestions.

I had the same problem yesterday, a batt pull fixed it for me... If nothing else helps, wipe it and reinstall your OS

I've had this problem a couple times with Verizon with different phones. I don't think it has anything to do with your Storm. Call Customer Service and tell them your problem. They should cancel and re-add your text messaging plan in their system and then it should work.

I did a battery pull again and that did it.

I've done a battery pull and it still didn't work. I can't call T-mobile because it's after 10pm and apparently they don't do customer service 24 hours a day. What kind of company does that? It's the 21st century. I want to cancel my account with them just for that.

But back to the point at hand, what are my options if the battery pull doesn't work?
