Hi... I'm having quite a headache here...
For some reason my Storm is missing its 1st line menu items.
I just upgrade an application (StormSlider) and after the installation is finished it asked me whether I wanted to reboot, and then I pressed reboot (one of most regretful things that I do in my life). I didn't pay attention to the reboot process but after a while, I looked at my BB and found it stays on the vodafone screen (since I got it from vodafone obviously). I tried to turned off the device with the power button. It went off and then I turn it on again. When it is on I realized that my first line of menu items is no longer there. Obviously thats the 4 application that I need the most. I tried pulling the battery and simcard out but still they haven't showed up.
I also check that there is no item hidden in the menu. I checked the application properties in the advanced option, the applications is still there but I don't know how to access it. Anyone have had this problem before??

try connecting it to DM and pull out the battery and put it back in it should work
