Hi guys.. I've a problem since updated to .148 (Hybrid).. It seems that i cannot change any ringtones for email(s), BBM, and sms.. I usually change the ringtone by clicking Messages>Message Alerts>My Email>In here usually there is an option for changing the e-mail ringtone(custom) but how come that doesn't exist in my storm? The option are only LED, Vibration, and Notify Me During Calls.. I'm asking this because from what i remember in the previous update i still can change my Message Alert..

Try via Sounds>set contact alerts. Or did u delete preloaded ringtones?

nope.. try to set contact alert and that option itself isn't exist.. LOL what happen with ma phone?

I'm goin u deleted w/install of .148 hybrid. Did u check media>ringtones?

whoa.. it seems my preloaded ringtones went missing.. Try to find it with BBscout..

Uh oh.. there is no any file at all in the ring tone folder.. what should i do?

Install official .148.

Problem solve.. I download one ringtones and it works.. Turns out that my preloaded ringtones was deleted by my theme.. thanks for everyone help..

How'd u verify theme was cause?
