I'll be getting my storm for christmas and im very excited, but i just learned that verizon's backup assistant is not compatible with it. I searched and found the method of copying your contacts to excel, migrate to outlook, then sync with bb but I cant seem to migrate to outlook properly. I save it as .csv (commas delimited) but when I import nothing shows up in my contacts. I think I'm messing up when i have to "define mapping" i think its called. I understand what im supposed to do but the interface for that part is confusing. I have over 300 contacts and would not like to do it by hand. Can anyone help me or found an easier way? Thanks
