Update: The charge on my card went from "pending" to transaction completed. No change to the message above on the status page @VZ. Nor have I gotten any email updates other than the original order confirmation.

This might be totally unrelated, but I called CS last night. I was very friendly, and started the conversation by saying, "You must be sick to death of people calling about their Storm." We laughed, she told me the standard "Dec 15th." answer. All fun and games. This morning my card is charged. Coincidence? You decide.

Maybe it's true that honey attracts more than vinegar? (or whatever the **** that saying is...lol)

I wish i would hear something soon! they charged my card the same day i bought it online. I bought it on 12/04 and heard nothing. I called vz yesterday and got the standard "12/15" answer. I also live in Scranton, PA and its about 2 hours away from the ware house in West Chester, PA. I'm getting impatient and excited. I have it's case here wait for it to come. haha

I ordered mine today and the rep and manager told me it would be shipped by the 16th.

Quicker turnaround time than I expected this far into december as well as the demand rate.

ordered on th 27th telesales. then checked few days later the agent didnt even order the storm then had to do it again on the 4th called vz. they have no tracking #, no email of confirmation. nothing yet. only a few more days til the 15th that they promise but i dont believe it. we'll see they havent backed anything up yet that they promise.
