I had the same problem. After being on the phone with Verizon Cutomer Service, Verizon Blackberry Support and Balckberry Technical Support (Level 2), They send me another phone. I read all tips and help from Crackberry, I thought I was doing something wrong. I guess it was a hardware problem. it might be your phone.
