Media Sync refuses to recognize my device and therefore will not open. Has anyone had this problem before and/or know what to do?

I have reinstalled Media Sync and Desktop Manager (DM works fine)

Mass Storage Mode is enabled

Do you have "Auto Enable Mass Storgae When Connected" set to yes or prompt as well?

Can't even possibly explain this, but here's the update.
For the third time I opened Media Sync. This time it recognized the device and I was able to import all songs!!!

What do you need Media sync for? Just copy and paste your stuff back and forward. A lot easier and quicker.

I have a difficult time doing this with the iTunes. How are you doing it with iTunes??

I have same problem the media sync did not recognize my device, about the Itunes,
try drag the song you want from itunes to the folder of your device( music or video)
it will appear a box to ask you convert with play back or tranfer without convert, check convert with play back it will tranfer for you
