my storm 9500 wont sync music through the desk top manager any ideas thanks

media manager with roxio is garbage. music wise turn your mass srorage mode on and just go directly into bb icon and drag your music in. video wise you would have to get a converting software to change avi to 3gp. music is eas though. tools. memory. mass storage mode on.
