i just recently bought a BB storm 9350 and sometimes the media player will be really loud; than the next time i use it its just an average volume and the audio booster and EQ does not change the sound, can anyone tell me whats going on? and possibly how t correct this problem? cheers.

Have you tried adjusting the volume controls on the side of the Storm? It's the rocker style button on the upper right side.
