    how do you get media manager to work on desktop manager.. i have 4.7 and have mass storage enabled.. the field still remains grey and wont let me click it... anyone know how to fix this?

    i have the same problem ..the best solution is enable mass storage and then access the media card by clicking on my computer then find the letter of the storage card ..mine is like G for phone memory and H for the media card

    just drag files into the proper folders like photos,music, video and so on
    and your done

    I guess you didn't like the answer I gave in your previous post? If you have mass storage mode enabled, you should forgo using Media Manager altogether. You don't need it if you have mass storage mode enabled.

    I had the same problem and dealt with it the same way. I also attempted to use the Rhapsody that Verizon packaged with them phone. It seemed to work just as good.
