Not sure if anyone has experienced this problem but occasionally I will get a call or text and notice that my ringtones that I set are not working. I get the LED and message but no ringtone. When I go to my music player, I hit play and I get a message that says something like "Invalid Media File". And basically I cannot play any of my music that I synced thru itunes. I then have to pull my battery for a reset and then it plays fine and ringtones restore. This has happened to me at least 3 times. Verizon told me that they are not aware of this error. Am I the only one experiencing this?
Sorry the actual message that I am getting reads "The media being played is of an unsupported format". This is an ongoing issue with me. Does anyone not have this problem? My music files are mpeg 4 (itunes files) and are synced by the Roxio media player for Blackberry. I am on the verge of exchanging my Storm for a new one. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
