For some reason when I connect my storm to my computer...I can access my media card drive but my blackberry folder doesn't show up. I have videos and pics i want to access on my computer. Any advice? thx

Restart the computer. Thats been known to work.

Yeah that's happened to me before I just kept trying until it let me.

I have been having a simalair issue, i just read that for media from the SD card to transfer to your computer you require the Roxio. Hope this helps, i will try it now and follow up. good luck
