I got my Storm about a week ago and am fairly new to all of this and not the most tech savvy person...I'm beginning to think this phone is out of my league...anyway,
Whenever my phone rings, or plays music/movies, etc., it seems very loud. I've tried the different sound profiles (Normal, Loud, Medium, etc.) but I'd like something quieter than those options, aside from Vibrate Only or Silent...is there a way to do this? My old phone just had up and down arrows on the side where I could adjust it...
Click the speaker you used to switch profiles and scroll down in the menu. You'll see "custom profiles." Click that and add a custom profile. Have at it!
