So my battery is super low this morning (after I played with it all night) and its says "bettery too low for radio signal". Is it normal for this to happen? I have it on the charger now and it still says too low for radio signal. I can make or receive any calls. Kind of lame...

Yes it's normal - it slows the battery from completely draining. Put it on a charger for awhile, and you can re-enable the radio.
