I have the same problem. I recorded video the other day and it froze during the video. Now I can't open it. It says there's a "read error".
I had the same problem. It happens sporadically for me. If I connect to my laptop and disconnect again they will show up again. Try it, you will see your files when connected to your pc. Disconnect and you should see them again on the storm. Not sure why but it works for me. I thought mine were lost too the first time it happened.
