Brilliant. I can do it from an SMS, from my computer, whatever. But if I go to the actual contacts list I have no idea. I click the BB button and it isn't an option. lmao wtf.

I don't have that! Good, I'm not insane. In the Contacts menu, there is no "New Contact" option, nor is there an "Add contact" at the top of the list.

Hmm that's strange. Maybe the storm thinks you have too many friends so it doesn't want you to add more.

Are you using the contacts from the phone app? That's different then the actual contact app on the phone. Go to the home screen and click on Contacts

Thats because u r going in thru the phone application.....use the Contacts Icon from main screen and u will see these 2 options to add contacts

Now I feel stupid cause I'm trying to help out a friend with this, and I can not find contacts on the main menu nor on the app menu. I can find address, and then I try to add it from there and nothing shows up.
