Is there anyway to set the lock button to load a different app? (I have a pattern lock program, want it to load that instead).

Dont think so. I know you can set the convenience keys but I dont think you can change the lock button. If im wrong feel free to correct me.

Convenience keys located on sides of phone (in portrait view--lower right & upper left). Options > screen/keyboard > right/left side convenience key opens > select. Anyways penguin did u get a replacement after all?

You can set Pattern Lock to the lock button in the Pattern Lock options, which are in the regular BB Options.

i don't think you can set it to lock button with the lite version? I checked in the options, not there, only autolock on startup and autolock after dim.

and i ended up getting a new berry, rice didn't work unfortunately, kept it in for like 3 or 4 days, thanks for the advice tho, much appreciated
