Any suggestions on why the red or blue LED notification light would go out?

I was taking pictures and the and the Storm would crash each time. I am not sure if this has had any impact with the LED light.

is it in bedside mode?

Maybe you disable your led alrets (the red one) and you're not connected to any bluetooth devices (which would explain no blue light)?

beside mode halts your LED

are you on one of the default sound profiles? you know, to make sure that you didnt accidentally set LED notifications off.

have you tried a bp?


if all else fails, change OS or wipe and reinstall OS (remember to backup!!)
