Greetings,

Whenever I try to play songs with the built in media player, there seems to be no volume option showing. When I use the volume button on the phone it just changs to the next track.....When I use online radio or youtube or something else there's no problem with the volume.....any idea why it's doing this? Please help

I think it's a timing thing, to adjust the volume, use short taps on the volume button, to advance to the next track press and hold the volume button for a longer period

try adjusting the key rate to medium ... my volume button did the same thing then i changed my keyrate baack to medium and all is normal again

Concur it is a keyrate issue. Quick tap to change volumn, longer to change track. Adjustment is under Options>Screen/Keyboard

I can't believe all I had to do was shorter, quicker taps this whole time!
