Hello to anyone that can help me.
Yesterday after charging my BB Storm, it restarted and has a white screen that says JVM Error 102 Reset.
The Reset is highlighted and I pressed the reset...knowing that I will loose my data. Which I don't care I just want to be able to make calls out/receive any calls.
Now I took the battery out and restarted and it still comes up with the ERROR.
Once it's in the Blackberry Startup page it loads up half way and goes back to white page JVM Error 102 Reset.
I tried to plug into my computer, the computer does not even recognize the device. What should I do next?
