Just got my replacement in the mail. Made 12/31/08 in MEXICO. Screen is BRIGHT, but the gaps are noticeably bigger than my other storm. Screen wobbles much more as well. But the buttons aren't crooked or loose.

I got one around the same date from Mexico, my screen was not as bright, I dont have the problems with gaps, but the end call button does seem like it is loose.

putting a few strips of electical tape on the battery door above the SIM card tightened up the wobble and improved the click on my Mexican storm.

Got my MEXICO replacement storm brand new in the box with everything. Mfg date is 12/30/08. Screen is brighter than my CANADA with the same build date of 12/30/08. Both have no light leaks though (when viewing inside the screen at an angle)

yea i have practically no light leak but the screen definitely has wider gaps
