I'd like to know this as well. For me, the only thing I have that's in bold is
CaptureIt. I noticed when I looked at the permissions, the interactions part was in bold as well, so I'm guessing something with that, but could be completely off.

I do believe this is correct. The applications that are in bold are those whose permissions are different from the Default Permissions of the device. If an app had to change anything about the Default Permissions in order to function, the app will be in bold, as well as the specific permission that it had to change.
