    Probably not...The app store is being released by RIM and the OS will be released by Verizon...RIM gives Verizon the OS to test but they say when it will be released..At least that is what I have understood from sifting through all these threads...

    I would suggest .113 if you haven't done already....IMO a very good and stabl OS...It should hold you over until the official release comes out...
