Internet Set Up? Cant do it!!!

I have an unlocked Storm and I use it with ATT and I got the blackberry nternet service put on my plan but everytime I try to get onto the internet it tells me that my device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries? What does that mean and how do I get them and where at. I am paying thirty dollars a month for something that I can't use and it is starting to bother me! can anyone help?

Yeah it doesnt seem as though he has done that portion of setting up use with ATT.

I did all the steps except the internet settings. I left that like verizon sent it and everything works fine. The only thing is when I reset the phone I have to resend the service books. I always have a solid EDGE connection at all times.
