having the same issue.. i do not think it is related to your IE8 upgrade .. my service (phone text and internet) dropped yesterday evening .. after 1 hr on the phone with verizon... i got my phone and text back, but still no internet since last night... callin gthem back today....

I have been having problems with this all day! I resent my service books, didn't seem To help. Facebook still won't update and can't view photos,as they never load. My weather app won't even load the maps. Sucks!!!!

Ive read in the S2 forums that there are service outages. I dont know if its just verizon, or if it is other carriers as well. BB browser not working for me or my brother. But I can use Opera.

I was on the road between Tahoe and Half Moon Bay at about 3 p.m. PST and was having browser trouble. I was able to resend service books and all is currently well. Seems like lotsa folks were having problems today. Sunspot activity?
