    Hey all,

I'm dealing with a user in my company who uses a Bell Storm. We all use Rogers with the exception of him, so I have no troubleshooting experience with Bell. Anyhow, he is trying to send an SMS to the UK but keeps getting this error message.

I can't look at his device as I'm troubleshooting remotely so I don't know if he's properly formatting the phone number.

With a GSM device he could just sms using the proper international format: +44xxxxxxxxxx. Does this work with CDMA, or does it produce this error message?
