Hey,
I "believe" my storm has water damage.. but not to the point of not working... just to the point of annoying me.. so i made a claim about it... i've put 75 back on there and plan on doing an ota 148 before the replacement gets here tomorrow. They are wanting me to ship the old "damaged" phone to them. Does the storm keep track of the diff os's that i've had on it? I've been puttin the hybrids and beta's on it since .90... if it does keep track how do i wipe it's memory?

Yes it keeps track but it's unlikely they will check or care.

I don't think it matters. I've exchanged Storms with leaked OS's, diff themes, etc. They didn't say anything and I was to lazy to wipe the device prior to me returning

If you send a phone back under warranty replacement, do they look at that sticker under the battery cover on the right side screw? If it is off do they void your warranty?

if VZW orders you a phone under warranty for direct shipment..and you send the old phone back-they're SUPPOSED to check for physical and liquid damage. (key word: supposed).

as far as beta OS's..contacts..texts...porn on the phone...no. they dont look at that. they could care less.
